✅ Step-by-Step Setup

1. Create the Post

• Go to Dashboard > Posts > Add New.
• Title it appropriately (e.g., “Our Software Solutions”).
• Write your content.
• Publish the post.

2. Assign a Category Named “Software”

• While editing the post, on the right sidebar:
  • Scroll to the Categories section.
  • Click + Add New Category.
  • Name it Software.
  • Checkmark it to assign this post to that category.
• Update/Publish the post.

✅ This category will help group all software-related posts together.

3. Display on Main Landing Page

By default, WordPress shows your latest posts on the homepage unless you’ve set a custom page as your homepage.

• To check:
  • Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
  • If “Your homepage displays” = Latest posts, then your post will automatically appear on the main page.

4. Add a Menu Item for Software

• Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.
• Make sure you’re editing the correct menu (Primary Menu or Header Menu).
• On the left side, click Categories, and select Software (if not visible, click “View All”).
• Click Add to Menu.
• Drag it to where you want it positioned.
• Click Save Menu.

📌 This creates a dynamic page showing all posts under the “Software” category.
