SEO Link Prospecting Research Spreadsheet

Description

This downloadable spreadsheet is a starting point for link prospecting and outreach research. It organizes potential platforms by category and URL, including directories, resource pages and other website types. It does not provide backlinks or placement services.

How to use this resource responsibly

• Check each URL, availability, niche relevance and editorial guidelines before use; third-party websites can change.
• Prioritize genuinely helpful, editorially earned mentions and relevant partnerships rather than mass submissions.
• Avoid paid links that pass ranking credit, automated link schemes, low-quality directory spam and misleading anchor text.
• For sponsored placements, follow the publisher’s disclosure requirements and use appropriate link attributes.

Important: A listing is not an endorsement or independent quality certification. This product does not guarantee Google rankings, indexing speed, traffic, conversions, or acceptance by any third-party website. Evaluate opportunities individually and follow search engine spam policies.
